Uncertainty, stress and tension are part of daily lives right now. I'm excited to share some yoga poses and breathing exercises as well as mindfulness practices that I believe will help calm the anxieties of you and your kids. I've gathered lots of knowledge over the years (Behavioral Health Science CCL, Yoga RYT 500 and CPYT, Kid's Yoga, MBSR, Thai Yoga Bodywork certifications, etc) and I'm thrilled to finally use this knowledge to serve.
