Yoga is my passion! Many times when we say 'yoga' we mean 'using certain poses to exercise' but you might be surprised to know that there are 8 Limbs (or parts) of Yoga! I incorperate many of the 'limbs' of yoga in my teaching; most often Asana (poses), Pranayama (breath work) and Dhyana (Meditation).
